Little bit let go - little bit happy
So so let go - so so happy
Very much let go - very very happy

Mindful
It´s stormy round here these days.
The sea was rough this morning
and I went out of bed and right into the storm.
That is where I prefer to be, when it´s storming -
right in the centre.
I find it to be the best position for coping with whatever might be.
I´m attending a Mindfulness conference today
which I just realised is a theory and a praxis concerning excactly this.
I´m eager to hear the experts points of view when it comes to coping with stormy life..

Compromise
I started the day hard negotiating with a considerable aversion against waking up.
The compromise solution ended after several evasive actions with the promise of a gentle and warm begining of the day by heating the sauna before going into the autum cold sea.
The other part of the deal is to be carried out now by studying Language Production without bother, and by holding the focus on the topic and nowhere else.
What a bliss that my favourite barista at the roastery gave me a portion of Titira Sidamo Ethiopian coffee the other day.
No holds are bared in the struggle for life.

Fox hunt
We went a bit north where we joined 40-50.000 other warmly dressed wannabee hunters dressed up in a mixture of Hunter boots, Burberry sqares, hip flasks and fur coats.
It was freezing cold to wait for the horses to pass the pond, but we endured thanks to the superior goal of this day,
What a strange hope...
and the mob were all eager to witness. Luckily for the riders we were disappointed at that point, but what a beautiful morning, and how ambitious a program for a sunday following a Saturday night!

Call me Jesus but don´t take the candy
At daytime this Thuesday, I haven´t yet interpreted the kid-part of the dream, neither have I had the opportunity to check out my factual skills concerning waterwalking, but only registered, that to get through this day at the library studying Language comprehension I need to break with my "I don´t eat candy"-assumption.
I might walk on water and jump into the sky on wings of love - but my concentration is not miraculous.

Fool
Can´t believe my luck.
Or the beauty of the morning glory at the sea.
Everyone emerging from the sea this morning looked like a goddess
- a chance I couldn´t resist.
The temperature of the air was 5 C.
Luckily the coldness of the water is inversely proportional to the warmth inside afterwards.
There is Kenyan AA coffee and hot full-cream milk in my cup.
There is a burning yellow tree outside my window.
There is a cronic smile on my face and I am aware I sound like a foolishly happy idiot
- and I dont care.

IT-girl
I compensated for the lack of holiday in my schedule by staying in bed for another 6 hours acompanied by a cappucino, music and a book concerning my at the moment high-interest-topic; children´s attachment theories.
At 04 pm I found my self ready for another day, got out of the duvets and into the woodshed. I love making fire! Soon the cosiness blazed up at the fireplace where dormitory girls soon joined me completing the saturdayish mix of study and pleassure.
The latest it-thing is Power Peace.
As if it was new, that it´s so not to be oh-so-busy...?
Anyway, the first word in my mind as I woke up at dawn was peace.
It was in my tummy. Powerful. If it´s the new black or not – peace in mind is highly underestimated.
I love it. It suits me.

Sparkling Merlot
Yesterday I enjoyed one of these moments where wine and company in mysterious synergistic ways make the world spin.
When I kind of came round again, I found myself few meters from home with red deer, chestnuts and a bottle of Australian Merlot - and my "life is to short for bad red wine, so I rather stay with champagne" was replaced by
"now we´re talking".
Uhhhh. I give in. When red wine is good, it is very good.
Yesterday was a delightfull exploration of jumping in at the deep end letting go of old views, and discovery of the fact, that 100 meters from my door is a highly recommendable restaurant, which the Michelin Guide discovered long before I did.
Ah. Better late than never.
Life is sweet.
Tasty, rich and surprising like an Australian Merlot a rainy Thuesday night.

Fabulous
Out of the blue - or from Hadsten. Same same.
Gifts - I love the concept. As much as I hate gifts as duty, I love it when it´s not.
It´s not. Saturday evening and suddenly a new groovy tone is added to my life few minutes after recieving an unexpected CD by mail.
Von Daler & Low Pressure. Sonatas En Dub is a Danish tango/reggae project.
It is a gift from the lady who asked me to dance my first Argentine tango.
As then, I now am totally delighted.
Can´t wait for my dancemate to show up.
