Since it seems as though CPH is invaded by running sushi restaurants I´ll have to go and check them out. I hate all kinds of "eat-all-you-can concepts", but when it comes to sushi I can never really have enough so I will give it a try before disliking it.
Runningsushi at Stormgade is recommended by a friend, who thinks one should be seated close to the kitchen if not only wanting edame beans..
Nagoya at Sølvtorvet is another running sushi restaurant which definitely have to be checked out the minute my bachelor thesis has passed the academic bureaucracy.
For tonight and all future special occations I prefere quality for quantity and for that purpose
Sushi Do at Smallegade
Selfish at Elmegade
are my favourites.
